By signing up to a Champion Boxing event you are agreeing to the following:

Communications

• For Champion Boxing to contact you via text message, WhatsApp and email with information about your event and our services.
• For an event representative from Champion Boxing to get in touch with you via text message, WhatsApp and email.

Data Processing & Consent

You consent to Champion Boxing processing your personal and sensitive data for legal, administrative, and management purposes. All data processing is carried out in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

You agree that Champion Boxing may share relevant information with individuals associated with your training and the event (including trainers, coaches, and event coordinators), regulatory authorities, or as strictly required by UAE law.

Ticketing and Participant Commitments

I understand that my name and event information may be used to generate event tickets and notify me when someone selects me as the reason for their attendance, via our affiliated ticketing platform TickItUp.co.

Participation Requirements

I understand that as a participant, I will receive eight weeks of free coaching and that Champion Boxing will commit to hosting an event for my participation.

I acknowledge that the event atmosphere relies on the support of participants friends and family, and it is a requirement of my participation to ensure guests purchase tickets. Ticket revenue is essential to funding the events and covers costs including, but not limited to:

• Coaching
• Venue hire
• Medical and security staff
• Online infrastructure
• Professional photographers and videographers
• Administration and trophies

Selling these tickets represents my commitment to the event.

Postponement or Variation of Events

I acknowledge that Champion Boxing reserves the right to postpone or vary the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In such cases, my participation and any tickets purchased will be transferred to a rescheduled date.

Fundraising

You understand that any fundraising activities associated with this event must comply strictly with the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) regulations in Dubai.

Your details will only be shared with an officially licensed and registered UAE charity partner once the mandatory fundraising permit has been granted by the authorities.

How to Opt Out

I understand I can opt out at any point by the following methods:

• Changing preferences in your account at hub.championboxing.co and going to your settings.
• Using the unsubscribe option in the footer of any Champion Boxing email or SMS message.
• Emailing us at info@championboxing.co.
